Ballet with Chloe

In the middle block LS2 went to go for a ballet session with Chloe from RNZB ( Royal New Zealand Ballet). In this session we learnt step by step of 'Black Swan, White Swan' based on a famous ballet dance 'Swan Lake'. 'Black Swan, White Swan' is currently performing in some places around New Zealand. While we were picking up the movements we got to work collaboratively in our groups using the movements that we learnt. Most of our movements were on the floor because the dance sequence we were performing was the entrance of 'Black Swan, White Swan'. We learnt the movements quickly and got through a few practices running through the dance sequence and got better and better every time. The music we were performing to was classical music by Tchaikovsky.
